Did you get decent doc support in the quote? ProtoCOL is fast for bioburden but can undercount clumpy colonies; we do a quick manual verify on outliers.

Between runs we do a 90‑second ethanol flush because we use disposable tubing/needle sets and push the full strip change to end of day. Vendor “validation docs” covered IQ/OQ and Part 11, but we had to write an EM-specific PQ — do you mostly run TSA or R2A?
