New Specimen Handling Protocols Implemented

I wanted to share that we’ve recently updated our specimen handling protocols in the lab. These changes include stricter documentation requirements at each stage of processing to ensure accuracy and reliability. It’s crucial for us to stay meticulous with our records, especially given the recent increase in sample volumes and the need for precision in our results.

I’ve noticed that keeping a digital log of each specimen’s journey helps immensely with accuracy. We switched to using LabArchives for tracking, and it’s made a huge difference in managing the increased volumes. Just a tip — ensure all team members are trained on the new protocol to avoid any slip-ups. That’s where clarity in documentation really counts.
