Balancing batches and stability pulls

Anyone else seeing stability pulls pushed to after hours because production eats the day? I’m a pharma lab tech in oral solid formulation, juggling two pilot batches while running about 30 HPLC assays for 3‑month accelerated and long-term, and I’m trying to set boundaries without risking commitment dates or data integrity — how does your team define a reasonable workload and overtime on stability testing?

After last week, a cheap pocket pH check (<4.6) pre-retort helps — if acidified, @Guide.

Block a daily 90‑minute ‘stability window’; @planning caps ‘30 HPLC assays’ to 20/day per tech — sound workable?
