Standardizing a 2‑minute degassing step fixed our coffee turbidity scatter — 10 s sonication then “cap off for 90 s” at about 60°C knocked out microbubbles more than any filter tweak. If you don’t have a sonicator, @Maya a 200 mbar vacuum for 1 min works too — do you see readings drift once samples drop below about 55°C?
