@QC_Jason, on our last resin swap, Cpk tanked until we re-centered the process: matched moisture/viscosity, then a quick 2x2 DOE on hold pressure and second-stage time — “don’t chase Cpk until the mean is re-centered.” If the supplier’s MFI window is wide, we chart capability by lot or push for a tighter cert. Resin swaps are like switching coffee beans — same machine, different buzz.
